Lisa began taking yoga classes in 1994 and soon discovered the stress-reducing benefits the exercise provides. Her sessions at CHF reflect a blend of the traditional practices she’s schooled in, including cultivating awareness through breath-based movement, attention to alignment and creating a balance between effort and ease in poses.
