Personal training is great way to ensure you’re getting the most out of every visit to the Center for Health and Fitness (CHF). If you want to create a workout routine, monitor your progress, receive encouragement and guidance, or just need a workout partner to keep you on track, we’re ready to help.
And you’ll always know you’re receiving the best advice available, because CHF holds its staff to a higher standard. CHF is a medically based fitness center, and every trainer has a college degree in a health-related discipline, with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning Association. CHF also offers Medical Exercise Specialists—the only fitness center in the beach cities to do so—who are trained and educated to work with member’s doctors or physical therapists to ensure the highest quality, effective exercise program.
