For more than thirty years, Levi ("Lay-vee") has been inspiring people to live healthier and more joyful lives through his teaching, speaking, and music.

Tai Chi is renowned for helping people find greater balance through practicing its slow and graceful movements. Known as a “meditation in motion,” you can get stronger mentally and physically in just a few minutes of gentle practice each day.

Levi studied Yang-style Tai Chi under Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and his son, Master Vincent Chu. He is a certified Chopra Health Instructor in Ayurveda
