Carrie began her Yoga journey at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1998. She has since earned her 500-hour Teaching Certification through Cloud Nine Yoga. She is always learning and loves to share what she picks up with her students. In Carrie's classes, you will tone the body and ease the mind through conscious movement, gentle stretching and focus on the breath – leaving you relaxed and renewed. Her classes are suitable for beginners and those who are seeking to deepen their practice. With an emphasis on alignment and breath, variations of postures are given to let students begin from where they are.
