Spring Free Fitness Series: Take a Free Exercise Class February 24-March 1, 2020

Held in partnership with local gyms and studios in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach, Beach Cities Health District's Spring Free Fitness Series will offer a week of FREE exercise classes for all ages. Classes range from yoga and Pilates, to small group training, dance and more. Classes will continue to be added to the schedule.
